Debi and VinnyVinny carries a thick, long straight coat in a true rich gold color. He has jet black pigment and dark brown almond shaped eyes. He stands 24 inches at the shoulder, has great forechest and shoulder layback. Vinny has good angulation both front and rear, causing a strong reach and drive. He is very clean coming and going. Vinny has a very pleasing headpiece with a lovely expression. He has a level strong topline, and a good bite.
Vinny has the perfect "Golden" temperament. He is a very sweet dog who gets along well with ALL males and females of any breed. He is an excellent swimmer, loves tennis balls, and is currently in training for his CD and Agility titles. In the breed ring, since he was a baby, Vinny has always been quite the show dog. Vinny loves to show and please and is quite smart. He learned to show like an Open dog when he was just 6 months old. Besides having proper structure, and good movement, Vinny learned to be competitive quite young earning him championship points as a young dog.
Vinny is very smart, and uses his brain to the fullest. Vinny is known as my trick dog. I use him as my demo dog when I teach obedience classes. He is very behaved, loves all the puppies, and is known around the house as the clown. Vinny will help himself to ice in the refrigerator door at home. In the breed ring, Vinny can't help but take huge bows just so people will think he's cute!
